You stop working on mindless activities.

And you’re able to do this because you made a commitment to never spend time in the morning doing certain things.
For example, here’s a simple list of “Not To Dos” that’ll serve you well after peeling yourself out of bed:
- Don’t check your phone.
- Don’t check social media.
- Don’t check your emails.
- Don’t check in on the news.
That right there is enough to completely transform your mornings for the better.
In fact, if all you ever did was avoid those activities in the morning, you’re bound to find more balance in your life. I can almost guarantee it.
But, you also don’t want to stop there.
The whole point of creating a “Not To Do” list is to help you focus on / make room for the stuff that matters.
