Alright, let’s about my 10-minute mantra sequence for electrified mornings.
Here’s how it goes:
Step # 1 — Repeat Your Chief Aim Statement
If you don’t know what a Chief Aim Statement is, you likely have read the book Think and Grow Rich.
If that’s the case, read this article and this article to get started.
The more thought you put into this, the better.
It’s going to prime your mind and spirit for the day ahead.
Once you’ve created your Chief Aim Statement, you’ll want to repeat it at least once every morning.
That’s step 1.
Step #2 — Repeat The Self-Confidence Formula
After you’ve repeated your Chief Aim Statement, repeating the Self-Confidence Formula is next.
If you don’t know what the Self-Confidence Formula is, read this article and this article to get up to speed.
You’ll want to repeat this right after your Chief Aim Statement and then move on to step #3.
Step #3 — Repeat The “Better” Mantra 5 Times
Here’s the “Better” mantra:
“Day by day, in every way, I am getting better and better.”
Easy, right?
Repeat that 5 times and then move on to step #4.
Step #4 — Repeat The “Prosperity” Mantra 5 Times
If you don’t know what the “Prosperity” mantra is, read this article and you’ll soon find out.
You’ll want to repeat this at least 5 times before moving on to the next step.
After that, there are only two steps left.
But you’ll have to wait until tomorrow to learn about them.
Tata for now.
