I’m putting together a guide on how to wake up early.
In fact, my plan is for it to become the world’s foremost guide on how to do it. Bold goal, I know. But I haven’t found anything yet that quite fits the bill, so I’m going to create it myself.
Now, in researching various wake up early strategies, I’ve come to realize that one size doesn’t fit all.
Some strategies work on some, but not on others. In other words, there’s nothing universal that seems to work for everyone.
That’s exactly the problem I want to fix.
And here’s how I plan on doing it:
When it comes to waking up early, there are many different ways to make it a habit. The problem is, many of those strategies require a certain level of willpower to make it happen. And for many aspiring early risers, that level of willpower turns out to be something they just don’t have.
But that doesn’t mean those people are shit out of luck, either.
It just means they need to find another way.
Enter my 2-category wake up early system.
Here’s the deal…
Anyone who wants to wake up early with consistency will have to learn and leverage some type of strategy.
Every single one of those strategies falls into 1 of 2 categories:
- If I Could I Would (IICIW) Strategies
- Nuclear Strategies
We’ll get into the meaning of each category soon.
But for now, all you need to know is that, no matter who you are, there’s without a doubt a strategy that will work for you.
If you have lots of willpower, great!
If you have no willpower at all, that’s great, too!
With this 2-category wake up early system, no aspiring early riser gets left behind. That’s the goal here.
So if you want to learn more about each category and which one you’ll want to use…
Join me here tomorrow and we’ll dive into the meaning of each.
And when you’re ready
