My Top 4 Intentions for the Rest of the Year

rest of the year

I’m feeling inspired.

Inspired to make the rest of the year as transformative as it can be.

So far in 2020, I’ve already accomplished a great deal — and in many ways, it’s been one of the most significant and transformative years of my life.

But it’s not over yet.

In fact, the 2nd half of 2020 is just getting started — which means new goals, new intentions, and new visions for the remainder of the year.

I’d like to share those with you now.

Here are my four main areas of focus for the rest of the year.

1) Operation Body Manifest

I’ve spent most of my life struggling with my weight.

I wouldn’t call myself ‘fat’ by any means, but I’ve always been heavier than I should and/or want to be.

I’ve just never had the physical health or physique I’ve always wanted to have.

But that changes today.

By the end of the year, my body will be in the best shape it’s ever been. And I feel confident declaring that right now.

2) Long-Term Manifestor’s Morning

I created a powerful morning routine earlier this year.

It’s called the Manifestor’s Morning and it’s changed my life in remarkable and innumerable ways. But it’s power comes from consistent practice.

When I’m consistent, ‘miracles’ seem to happen all around me.

So I want to take this to the next level.

Between now and the end of the year, I’m going to try my best to do the Manifestor’s Morning every single day without fail.

If I can pull it off, there’s no saying where this practice could lead me.

3) Crack the 5 AM Code

I’ve been trying to wake up at 5 AM for YEARS.

I’ve even written articles about how to do it. But I keep falling short.

For some reason, my subconscious mind keeps working against me. It just doesn’t want me to make ‘waking up early’ a keystone habit in my life.

But enough is enough.

Before the end of the year, I WILL crack the 5 AM code and become a 5 AM Dan — of that, I am certain. And I will not settle for anything less.

4) Nails I Can Be Proud Of

Yup, I chew the shit out of my nails.

Been doing it for as long as I can remember.

It’s a perfectionism thing, and sometimes, it gets pretty nasty.

I’ve tried and tried and tried to stop, but I keep coming back to it. I don’t know why it’s so hard for me to kick the habit and stop for good.

It’s destructive.
It’s self-mutilating.
And the act itself is the opposite of self-love.

I’ve had enough of it and I’m committed to being better.

So, by the end of the year, I’m vowing to have nails I can be proud of and I’m incredibly committed to seeing that through.

 ===

And that’s that.

Four areas of focus I’m committed to for the rest of the year.

Accomplishing these will cement 2020 as the most transformative year of my life — and that makes me very, very excited to think about.

I can’t wait to see who I’m bound to become.

What about you?

Where is your focus going for the rest of the year?
