Do you struggle waking up in the morning?
Do you set your alarm for a certain hour only to hit snooze and then keep sleeping after it goes off?
Do you lie in bed at night thinking to yourself “This time I’m going to do it,” yet fail to actually ‘do it’ when the morning comes?
I feel your pain.

The better news is that, with my help, you won’t have to live with this problem forever.
Here’s the deal…
Over the next little while, I’m going to be diving deep into the ‘waking up early’ conundrum.
In fact, I’m going to dive so deep into this topic, I may very well become a world-leading expert on how to do it.
I’ve struggled to solve this riddle myself for years.
One day I’m up and at ‘em.
The next I’m down and out.
It’s an ebb and flow I’ve yet to overcome.
Some people make it look easy. Some people have no problem with it at all. But I do have a problem with it. I have had a problem with it. And at this point, I’ve also had enough.
So…
If you know it’s important to wake up early but can’t pull yourself out of bed to save your own life…
I hope you get as much out of this as I do.
After all, what’s a good riddle without anyone to share it with?
