The Final 2 Steps Of My 10-Minute Mantra Sequence

In yesterday’s article, I gave you the first 4 steps in my 10-minute mantra sequence.

All that remains are step 4 and step 5.

Here’s how to do them:

Step 4 — Repeat the “Receiving” Mantra 7 times

Why 7?

Well, when I do this, I like to close my eyes and speak into each of my 7 chakras individually.

Yea, that may be a bit too “woo woo” for some.

But whatever — this is MY mantra sequence and I’m telling you exactly how I do it. And 7’s the number I go for.

Here’s the “Receiving” mantra:

I am open, ready, willing, and worthy to receive.

Repeat that 7 times and you’re off to step 5.

Step 5 — Repeat Your “I AM” statements

Your “I AM” statements can be anything you want.

They’re meant to get you fired up and ready to start your day.

If they make you feel good when you say them, then you’re on the right track. If you don’t feel anything at all, then perhaps you should find some “I AM” statements that do make you feel good.

They also flow quite nicely from step 4, and you’ll see why in a second.

Here’s an example of how it might go:

 — I am open
— I am ready
— I am willing
— I am worthy
— I am capable
— I am deserving
— I am abundant
— I am prosperous
— I am healthy
— I am strong
— I am full of vitality
— I am patient
— I am compassionate
— I am caring
— I am kind
— I am in direct alignment with my dreams and desires
— I am a magnet for money, opportunities, and success
— I am here to make an impact
— I am here to make a difference
— I AM making an impact
— I AM making a different
— I am full of love and light
— I am thankful
— I am appreciative
— And on and on and on

You can see where I’m going here.

The point isn’t to memorize these statements. The point is to let them flow in whatever way works best for you.

Let your intuition guide you and say whatever feels right.

Then, when you’re done, you’re done.


And there you have it.

If you follow these 5 simple steps, I have no doubt you’re going to feel charged up and ready to go in the morning.

You’re going to feel grounded.

You’re going to feel confident.

You’re going to feel on top of the world.

And all it took was 10 quick minutes to make it happen.
