You may not realize it…
But every morning, you make a choice to win or lose your day.
This happens consciously, or it happens unconsciously.
Meaning you either:
- Direct your behavior and attitude where you want it to go, or…
- You allow your behavior and attitude to respond in whatever way it pleases.
To the untrained mind, the latter can often be tumultuous — i.e., more prone to emotional and mental agitation.
Of course, this is not ideal.
So how do you ‘flip the script’ so you can avoid this altogether?
It’s easier than you think.
The first step is to recognize that it’s happening in the first place.
When you do this, you allow your conscious awareness to reclaim control. And as it reclaims control, it also begins to look for ways to avoid the unconscious tendencies.
This is where you want to be.
From here, it’s simply a matter of infusing your mind with more empowering thoughts and ideas.
Such as:
“Today, I WILL succeed.”
“Today, I WILL be happy.”
“Today, I WILL come out on top, no matter what challenges I face.”
This is how you begin to choose to win instead of lose.
But again, that choice is yours.
So which one will it be?
